Jeff Napoli is a co-founder of Gilroy Napoli Short Law Group and has been in private practice since 2003. Prior to private practice, Jeff spent five years as a Deputy District Attorney in the Washington County District Attorney’s office. Here he earned his reputation as a stellar trial attorney, trying cases in a variety of legal matters, including DUII and felony DUII trials.

Today, Jeff focuses on DUII defense, employment litigation, and tort litigation. Within the area of employment, he specializes in the following: wrongful termination and discrimination, racial harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and whistleblowing cases. Within the area of tort litigation, Jeff specializes in serious injury and accident cases, including, but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, premise liability, and wrongful deaths.

Jeff attended Willamette University where he received his undergraduate degree. Following college, Jeff enrolled at Gonzaga University School of Law. He graduated at the top of his class in 1998. Following law school, Jeff gained bar admission to the State of Oregon and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Jeff is active in the professional legal community and serves in various capacities in the following organizations: Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Multnomah County Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, and Clackamas County Bar Association.
